We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! If you order on weekdays before 4:00 PM and everything is in stock? Your order will be shipped the same day!
Tracking your order (track & trace)
Every order is provided with a track & trace code so you can easily follow your order. You will receive a notification as soon as the package is scanned at a sorting center of the transport service.
Pick up at a collection point
Are you not home all day or would you prefer to pick up your order yourself at a collection point? Then, during checkout, you can choose to have your package delivered to a collection point of your choice.
Exceptions
If your order contains one or more items with the status βavailable for backorder,β the entire order will be shipped at once. This means that shipping will only take place once all items, including the backordered items, are complete and ready for shipment from our warehouse. By ordering, you agree to a potentially longer delivery time. If you wish to receive the immediately available items sooner, it is best to place a separate order for them.
International shipping
Shipping costs for other European countries depend on the size, weight, and total amount of your order. These will be determined during checkout. For bulky orders or machinery, an additional surcharge may apply. If this applies to your order, you will receive an email with the possible extra costs after placing your order.

Damaged products and/or transit packaging
If you observe severe damage to the exterior of the package, do not accept the shipment and ask the delivery person to report it. If you have already accepted the package and subsequently discover damage, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@prodetailstore.com. Photograph the damage with your mobile phone and send it to us as an attachment via email. This helps us immensely and allows us to quickly offer a suitable solution. We can only submit a damage claim to the transport service within a maximum of 5 days. To submit a damage claim, we need several photos that meet the following conditions:
- (1) A photo of the entire package.
- (2) A photo of the package showing the package label.
- (3) A photo of the damage to the outside of the box.
- (4) A photo taken from above of the opened package, clearly showing the contents and the internal packaging of the package.
- (5) A photo of all types of internal packaging included in the shipment.
- (6) A photo of the entire item.
- (7) A detailed photo of the specific damage to the item.
